We collect information you send through our form or correspondence, including your name, contact and company details, and message. We use it to assess inquiries, respond, and deliver work based on pre-contractual steps, contract performance, or our legitimate interest in managing business relationships.
We may obtain professional contact details from public company websites and LinkedIn for business-to-business outreach, based on our legitimate interests. We provide this notice when we first contact you, and you may opt out at any time.
We process technical data, such as IP address and browser type, to secure the site, and retain records required by law. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Cloudflare (hosting), Formspree (contact forms), and our email and productivity providers process data for us. Transfers outside the EEA use the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable. We do not sell personal data or use it for profiling or automated decisions.
Inquiries and inactive outreach contacts are deleted within 24 months of our last contact. Client data is kept while needed for the relationship, and accounting records for six or ten years as required by Finnish law. We retain minimal opt-out records to prevent further contact; technical logs follow our providers' retention periods.
Depending on the circumstances, you may access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or request a portable copy of your data. You can always object to direct marketing.
